How You Can Support The Good News Good Planet Schools Program

The mission of GNGP Schools is to reach students from 6th to 12th grades and address the growing wave of depression and helplessness that so many are experiencing. GNGP Schools targets the isolation and disconnection that is hindering their ability to communicate effectively with others.

This is a revolutionary program that uses unique experiential learning techniques, to empower kids to take action and see themselves as part of the solution on issues that matter to them. Empowered kids are happier kids who become happier adults.

GNGP Schools adheres perfectly with STEAM education, which uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points to guiding student inquiry, dialogue and critical thinking.

Inspired by UNESCO – the United Nations Educational, Scientific & Cultural Organization, we want kids to understand Global Citizenship; the belief that one’s identity transcends geography or political borders, and we are all part of a broader class: Humanity. We are all connected, and they are not alone.

With your generous donations, we can create grants that will enable us to gift this extraordinary program to schools that would otherwise not be able to get it.

Support A Teacher

Teachers have the option of becoming
“Service-Learning Ambassadors”.
This is a bonus program for educators who would like to
join with us to bring their students’ work to the world.

We are creating a public website page to celebrate and share the kids and the Service-Learning projects they designed and implemented.

GNGP Schools will pay participating educators for accurate completion of this extra, post-program task.

What do we do with the money?

It all goes to keeping Good News Good Planet Schools alive and well. We continually invest in upgrading the interactive Schools’ website. We hire designers, web builders, domain hosts and IT support.

We are consistently working on ways to spread the word and get the program into as many schools as possible.
